Protect Your Product!

If you are planning to convey Resell Rights to your hard work and trust it to your resellers, be very, very careful!

Most Resell Rights authors have their hard work wasted down the drain due to poor Resell Rights planning. A lot of factors are taken into consideration, but today, I would like to share with you on how you can protect YOUR product from getting devalued or even damaging your own reputation for that matter.

And it is all in how you architect your Resell Rights terms and conditions.

I won’t tell you how to architect your own terms and conditions. It’s your own product, not mine. But you will want to ask yourself the following questions. The following are 5 main questions you should ask yourself when writing your terms and conditions:

[1] Should I allow my resellers to sell at any price they want? If no, set a minimum product price and suggested retail price.

[2] Can I allow my resellers to sell in auction sites like eBay.com? If no, restrict them!

[3] What happens if my resellers print my E-book and sell it in hard copy? If you don’t want that to happen, clarify this in your Resell Rights terms and conditions!

[4] Can my resellers edit the principal sales letter?

[5] Can my resellers give the product away for free? If not, what are the additional terms and conditions?
